“Early Humans Before Prophet Adam (PBUH)”
Did modern human civilization begin with cavemen? As Western sociologists say?
His Highness, Sheikh Akbar Muhyiddin Ibn Al-Arabi, in the book of “Fotohat Macikah”:
“I saw that I was circumambulating the Ka’bah with a group that was unknown to me. So, one of them told me his name, which was an unknown name, then he said, “I am from your ancestors”!!”
“I said “How long it has been since your death?”, he said “About forty thousand years”!”
“I said that this amount has not passed since the lifetime of Adam (AS)! How do you say that?”
“He said, “Which Adam are you talking about? Are you referring to Adam who was close to you?”
“So, I remembered the narration that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S) says that “God created a hundred thousand Adam”.
“I would like to say that several thousand years have passed since the descent of Adam (A). Nothing can be understood from the religious books except from the Jewish sayings that Adam (A) lived about 7 thousand years ago which it is also unreliable.”
In the Holy Quran, which reports from the divine prophets, the oldest of them is the Prophet Noah (PBUH), which some scholars have dated to about six thousand years ago, the flood of Noah. Of course, there is a difference of opinion in this regard.
We do not know how many years there were between Prophet Noah (PBUH) and the time of Prophet Adam (PBUH). The Holy Quran says there are many prophets who we did not tell you about them.
The discovered works of human fossils, which date back to hundreds of thousands of years of human life, indicate that there were human beings before us who were of another generation, as narrated by the Messenger of God (PBUH) and the infallible Imams.
It is not very reliable that Western sociologists consider the beginning of human civilization to be from cavemen, because the existence of cavemen is not a reason for today’s generation to be human. The use of caves by humans, even the first humans, does not mean that they also lacked a home, because the use of caves was necessary for travel and hunting in the past and was used as temporary housing.
Adam, Eve (PBUH), and their children were created with perfect intellect and consciousness, and the theory of evolution in creation is rejected by Islam.
Of course, the evolution of technology and the use of tools is another matter!
